Terms of Service

1. Nature of Service

Transport provides third-party coordination and assistance services to help vehicle owners navigate the process of obtaining High Security Registration Plates (HSRP) and colour-coded fuel stickers. We are not a government service and do not hold any official authorization or license from any government department.

Payments made to Transport are for our private assistance, coordination, and service facilitation fees only. Any official government fees, if applicable, are separate and must be paid directly to the respective authority.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate vehicle and personal information
• You confirm you are the vehicle owner or have authority to act on their behalf
• You understand this is a private assistance service, not an official government portal
• You must be 18 years or older to use this service

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed via UPI (NPCI). Our service fees are non-refundable once the assistance process has been initiated. In cases where service cannot be delivered due to our error, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days. Raise a refund request at support@transporthub.in.

4. Limitation of Liability

Transport is not responsible for delays, rejections, or outcomes caused by government RTO offices, fitment centres, or any third party. We facilitate coordination only and cannot guarantee any specific outcome from official authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Transport. Unauthorized reproduction or misrepresentation is prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
